Villa Lehtoniemi: a wonderful Aito Log Houses’ holiday villa in Rovaniemi, Lapland

Located in Rovaniemi, the capital of Finnish Lapland the company Aito Log Houses had the honor of delivering a spectacular log villa on the shore of beautiful lake Sonkajärvi in their hometown. Arctic Vision ordered this almost 200 square meter villa, and named it Villa Lehtoniemi.

The villa was built in the countryside of Rovaniemi on a hilly landscape owned by the Lehtoniemi family. There was a family farm on the plot in the 2nd half of the 19th century: Villa Lehtoniemi strives to reflect the traditional form and spirit of the farm.

The log villa, delivered in 2022, is intended for rural tourism and is made of laminated logs (240 mm x246 mm) that respect tradition.

Thanks to the villa’s large windows, guests can enjoy the wonderful scenery that wraps around the building in full view.

You might also see the Northern Lights directly from any of the five bedrooms.

On the first floor of this two-story villa, you can find a living room, a spacious kitchen, one of the bedrooms and more.

The superbly equipped Villa Lehtoniemi also includes a sauna, a washroom and a utility room, among other things.
